As a reflective
practitioner I know that communication happens when learners interact with one
another and the instructor. In today’s society communication is a must and
should always be clear. I know that when the channels of communication are used
properly in the work setting all instruction will be stated clearly. Most
children respond to direct purposeful experiences not only because they are young
but because they are learning new things daily.
